Axe hits from 150. Axe likes to see the fear.
Base attack time is the time between two attacks at 100 attack speed. Attacks per second = attack speed ÷ (100 × BAT), so a lower BAT means faster hits with the same attack speed. 92 of 127 heroes have 1.7.
Anti-Mage and Juggernaut have the lowest BAT (1.4): about 21% more attacks than a 1.7 hero with the same attack speed. Hoodwink has the highest (2.0). Agility and items add attack speed on top, the BAT stays. With base attack speed and agility counted, Juggernaut attacks fastest at level 1 (1.01 attacks per second). The Attack Speed Calculator Tool adds items on top.
Want to see how items and levels change it? The Attack Speed Calculator adds them for you.
Turn rate is how fast a hero turns before it walks, attacks or casts. It is measured in radians per 0.03 seconds, so higher is faster. A hero only starts moving or casting once the target is within 11.5° in front of it, which is why slow turners feel heavy.
Kez turns fastest (1.0). 86 heroes share the slowest value, 0.6. Axe is one of them. Axe does not turn. Axe charges.
Every hero has 120 base HP plus 22 HP per point of strength. At level 1, Tiny has the most HP (780). By level 30 strength gain decides: Centaur Warrunner leads with 3,479 HP.

HP regen grows with strength too, +0.1 per point. Centaur Warrunner regenerates the most at level 1 (5.8 HP per second).
Armor is base armor + agility ÷ 6. At level 1, Terrorblade has the highest armor (9.8). At level 30, Terrorblade leads with 29.2, because agility keeps adding armor every level.

Attack damage is base damage plus the hero’s primary attribute. Universal heroes get 0.45 damage per point of every attribute instead. At level 1 Treant Protector hits hardest (85–93 damage). At level 30 Pugna leads with 198–205.
